The new Activity is method default ans has not been modified. The default activity status of Not Started is not setting. I belive it used to and is not anymore. We have not modified the status list however we have added some activity types. Users have modified the CRM preferences under My CRM Preferences screen and have set both a default ...

Even though our users have the Defaut Activity Type and Status set the Status does not set properly in a new activity form. It does seem the activity type is set but the status is not. Please check the activity screen for populating default activty values. Thank You.

You know what would be real nice? When I get timed out of a session to be able to have the same login options as I have in the main login screen. The popup to log back in does not allow easy access to choose Google or Intuie OpenID logins.

I am not quite sure that is it. It just seems that there is a multi hour delay in the publishing of the screens for portals. We are using the August version and our screens are publishing but our first attempt we did not notice an update for a day and another screen update yesterday took several hours. Is there somthing that we are doing ...

I am updating a couple of screens with our portal and they do not seem to be updating. I have Published, Logged out, back in, etc and no update. When I view the screen when logged in it looks fine. I have tripple checked the Tab links and all is well there. Please advise on how to handle. Thanks.

Is there a way to relate an activity to a "Global Case". In other words if I have a system that is down and it is effecting multiple customers. When multiple customers email/phone in for support it would be nice to create an activity and instead of typing the details of the issue repetitivly, just to realte to a Global Case ...
