Please advise, we add an employee through quickbooks and when the program syncs with method the employee seems to be added to method with user login (paid license).

It is crm, there appears to be no connections in the activites.
When you click the link to view the activities that are incomplete, you get the next screen with an empty grid.

For one of my users, Dashboard will report 23 incomplete activities. If you refresh the count nothing happens. If you click on the link to see these activities, nothing displays. If you go to all occurrences, you find that all!! activities show as complete. Not sure what to do here.
Please advice, this is only happening to one user at this ...

I send a newsletter each month. Each month I have new leads and contacts. I do not see where I can select the newest non invoicable clients for the export file. I tried that but I recieve and incorrect output.
I leave the include opt out and include no email unchecked yet the the output includes them.
Please advise why those records appear when I have not requested that they be included?

THe only table which contains the opt out email status is the contacts table; however, when I attempt to export that table, I get an error message.
If I export the customer and lead table, the file does not contain the information regarding whether the client has requested to be opted out of marketing emails.

One of my users, whenever they signin using Firefox, as soon as the login in processed, they are immediately signed out and brought to the signon screen.
They can access using IE and are now trying chrome. Everyone else can use firefox. Any ideas what can be wrong.

I successfully imported leads into method. The only table for importing is the customer/leads table. I assumed it would ask me if the file contained customers or leads.
If did not and my leads were imported as customers. What did I do wrong. I have customers to import as well as leads that should not be going into QB.
