I would put forward a suggestion to have this ability to remove specific lines from a dialogue in light of the fact that this error can occur!

I have an active case that I opened. There are two existing entries in it with a note to email the contact on saving. There is one case dialogue that was entered but belongs to a different case. How do I delete a specific date/time existing dialogue entry so the customer isn't emailed this part of the dialogue? thanks,
