Contact List needs to segregate customers & Vendors!

What should be a 1 page document turns into 3 pages.  1st page has no items on it and a 3rd page has no items on it.  2nd page in what printed is complete. I have the PDF file but have not seen a way to attach to a post.

I follwed directions & email again and I got this below snapshot which is the same as before.

When I use the Email button on an estimate it sends an email without the estimate.  The email only has a signature.  Also the button doesn't give any oportunity for a message or customization.
