When creating the lead and after selecting the parental relationship under the "Job of Customer", the parental contact information does not automatically populate.  Does this clear things up?  Thanks.

We are having a tough time finding the best place to enter new potential jobs. Our QB customer structure is Customer:Job:Sub-Job. Under the Leads tab, Lead Name equates to the QB Job and we can select the appropriate parental relationship, if any, under Additional Information and Job of Customer.
