The Next Activity is not updating on my Customer Screen. I checked the Activity types and they seem to be linked to the appropriate status. But it is still not updating. Could it be that I created a custom customer screen? If so, how do I correct, if not, what other possibilites are there?

That's what I assumed. Is there a way to link the Title field so that it will show up on the New Lead Screen? Or is this not possible.

I'm trying to add Title to the contact information that is taken from a new lead. But when I try to customize the New Lead screen, I don't see the option to add the Contact Title field.
