Method Community

I just created my first web form and testing results in a verification email but no data is created in Method. Any advice? Is there someplace in Method to see new leads and qualify them?

What is the best way to track customers that refer other customers? Is there a way to tie it back to the referring ustomer record? For example say existing Customer - Heather Jones refers Potential Customer - John Davis... Lead source would be "External Referral" but to take it a step further I'd like to ID/link the ...
