sorry, I am not sure what you mean.  We had hidden the Account drop down box so all I did was bring it back to the screen and I just figured out how to set the account value to defaut to Accounts Receviable and everything seems to be working now.!!! thank you... sandra

Thank you John / Ben. It appears to be opening up in the front now.

When we hit print it creates a pdf.  This pdf always opens up behind the method screen. This is hard for our users that aren't "computer user friendly". Is there a default so that it pulls the pdf up in the front?
