I only tested it with Cases and Activities.  It appears it’s only my own email that is receiving the notification twice.  We have a virtual email  for user “Admin” that forwards to several people (including myself).  If I initiate the case do I get a copy of the notification sent to my email as ...
			        
		        
		            
			        
				        Whenever email notifications are sent to users the are being sent twice.  Any ideas why?
			        
		        
		            
			        
				        I want our Sales Reps to be able to view Invoices but I do not want them to be able to make any changes to the invoices or add new invoices (orders will be entered via Sales Orders). I understand that we need to customize the Invoices Sheet but not sure how to do this.  Can anyone help?
