So our estimates are transferred over to quickbooks for our ap team. When they type in the estimate number to pull it up, it says that there is no estimate. The "wait for synch approval" is unchecked as well. This was working just fine an hour before it stopped synching.

Is there a way to customize our print preview so that we can change the address, logo, and other items?

I was able to resolve the problem. If you go under the properties and look at the bottom of the screen. There is an unblock button that should resolve the problem. If you then reload methods plug-in it should work for you.

We are new to method and we have been downloading the plug-in to microsoft outlook. So far it has worked on all of our computers except for 2.
