Hi Ruth, Thanks for reaching out to us!  Unfortunately, on the UI level, this is not possible. However, we do have the ability to create sub-customers in Method. The way they will show up is like Customer: SubCustomer. Hope this helps! Regards, Inder

Bob, unfortunately that is out of area of my expertise. But I have seen some companies have achieved this with the help of API developers. But we do have this as a feature request on our end to have this in future.  Thanks for your patience.
