We have a few work orders that won't invoice when you go to "more actions" to create an invoice. Do you know if there is a setting either in QuickBooks or in Method that would prevent an invoice from being created from a work order? Thanks for your help.

I don't see these fields in my version of QuickBooks (Enterprise Solutions 2013). Are these default fields that are part of the Contractor Edition or are they custom fields in QuickBooks? If they are custom fields they should sync over.

I have seen this happen too. There was a delay sometimes before you could see the changes to your portal screens. I was experiencing it when I was working on a customer portal in February. Eventually the changes would show up.

I am updating a couple of screens with our portal and they do not seem to be updating. I have Published, Logged out, back in, etc and no update. When I view the screen when logged in it looks fine. I have tripple checked the Tab links and all is well there. Please advise on how to handle. Thanks.
