Hey Matt,
Good(weird?) find....anyway...there was a check that the word 'MIurl' had to be in all lowercase characters, or else it would use link.methodintegration.com. I've removed that check.

Unfortunately, you cannot convert a customer back to a lead. Once the customer is entered into Quickbooks (QB), there is no turning back! If you sync an estimate to QB the lead will automatically be converted to a customer because in QB the estimate must be attached to an existing QB customer. Like you said, ...

Testing the call at https://www.methodintegration.com/MethodAPI/service.asmx?op=MethodAPIGetScreenURLV4 is returning http://link.methodintegration.com/xxxxx wether I enter link or MIurl in the DomainLinkOrMIurl parameter. I was hoping to have it return MIurl.cc/xxxxx so I can use it in an email and not have it be so long.

I know how to create a template. I've made a dozen or more. However, no matter how many times I change the font in my email template to Calibri and 11 pt, the font in my received email (sending to myself to test) is Times New Roman - of various sizes.

Yes, you are able to change font type & size for email templates. To do this, you will first have to:
