I understand your problem now and was able to replicate it on my account. Unfortunately I don't believe there is a way to add contacts straight to the main contact field from the Outlook plugin. A workaround could be to update your leads in Method by re-uploading the file with the field name Contacts included this time. ...

Can you provide a little more clarification on how this process is working for you? So if a Lead purchases the product from an existing customer do you make a percentage of the sale which you would like to track or do you just require the information of which customer sold a product to a lead?

we are using QuickBooks 2012 and 2013, UK versions.
