We are using Quickbooks desktop and have been using Method for long time with no issues, however for some reason the Integration Engine keeps logging out and in return stops syncing. Why would this have all of a sudden start happening and how do I fix it?

Thanks for your question. The answer to this depends on the version of QuickBooks you are using with Method (i.e. QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop).

The query is actually working just fine, it was in place before I started working on Method. It returns an integer which is the difference of days between our SoldDate and the current date.

Have you tried altering the query to check for the current UTC date ( GETUTCDATE() instead of GETDATE() )?
What kind of values are you expecting for this query? Is there typically meant to be more than a days variance between "SoldDate" and todays date? Let me know what you are trying to accomplish here and we can come ...
