How long roughly are we talking before the Estimate 'disappears' from Method? Are they still visible in QuickBooks? Its possible these Estimates have simply fallen outside of the Transaction History which Method Keeps for your Quickbooks Transactions.

create an estimate in method. syncs to qb desktop. at some point it disappears from method. not sure what to do to rectify this.

I believe your suspicion is correct regarding too many emails through Gmail at once. Were you trying to send these messages as part of a campaign? - I would suggest breaking the campaign down into smaller chunks and sending again.
Are you able to send emails from anywhere else in Method? If not, let ...
