It is now happening to me this morning. Was fine yesterday, now I can't add a contact associated to a company. Since it is during business hours I am unable to give you access to those users and myself as I need the system. Can you try again w/ the support log in this AM?

This issue continues to plague us from the New Contact... link in Customers. I had already done that and it still doesn't work with the print. Visually in the report designer it is correct, but when it generates the PDF or PNG it doesn't understand to only create based on that custom size. I tried first in Chrome and FF - that wasn't an option. I then tried IE and saw the print image option, but it again printed as if it knew it was going to be 8.5 x 11 and came out blank. I printed to a regular printer to see how it was handling it and it had Page 1 of 1 at the top right and the URL for the generated image at the bottom, ...

That still does not work. When you go and print, it throws it on a full page again.

I was able to change the width and height, but when I print it through generating a report to a PDF, it still fills the whole page length, but does honor the page width I specified

I am working in the report designer and trying to make a layout for 3.5 x 1.125 Dymo labels. I found where I can change the paper size based on a pre-set list of options and also the margins, but I cannot find where I can customize the page size. Can you tell me how I can change this?

Thank you for leading me in the right direction to fix this. I removed the criteria to check mark is waiting for sync approval and did a quick upload to replace where it was set to FALSE. Down side is that is still isn't linked to the Invoices so I do have to manually close them anyway, but at least they are in QB now.

We don't check-mark that field in and in fact we have it hidden. How do I prevent that from happening?

Let's ignore the first example I gave you about the line item update. My issue right now is that two sales orders are not coming over to Quickbooks at all. I have changed field values and saved in an attempt to kick start it. I made a new sales order under the same customer and it came over.
