I will get back to you with a more detailed response but for now try using ListBuilder.FirstName rather than Customer.FirstName. Hope this helps - I am assuming you are encountering this problem in List Builder emails.

You could use the Start/End Loop Through Table action to loop through the Time Tracking table and retrieve your tech's time data. By then applying a math calculation using this data you can generate a percentage field for each tech on the work order.
