 Thanks for coming back to me Ryan. However I am trying to use it on the list builer screen. The button that I use to send email on this screen is the process all button. Is this the button I need to add the action, character function or is it on the email template button ?

Hi Joe, What’s the value you are using for the 5th field? What you could try is having an action on one of the displayed fields triggered by text change that will enter a value into the 5th and hidden field. Hope this helps

Hi Michael, Thanks for confirming some of this information. Turns out the issue with the employees was related to the set up within your Method account.
