It shouldn't take more than 10 seconds to remove the app. I would just refresh the page and remove it again if it is still there.

Hi Paul, well I tried removing the Warehouse Module, the page has the circular updating icon running now for over 2 hours. I am afraid my account may not be in a reliable state any more.

Ok. Figured it out.
Problem: There were comma's contained in one, and in some cases, two fields. The comma creates a separate record. This was a problem in both the Name field where I was entering them as "Last, First" and in the Company filed where there some listings such as "ABC Company, ...
