Thanks for your reply. I'm not getting an error that you would see duplicatEd. I simply can't see the custom screen I created when I login via tthe mobile login. I outlined the steps I took to create the custom screen in my original post. It doesn't appear when I login.

no, our edit opportunites screen nor any of the doc screens have been customized.
we upload all our docs to smartvault. this happens when we are uploading a new doc. we go thorugh all the steps and sometimes the doc doesn't upload. no rhyme or reason. very frustrating to have to repeat all the steps and re-upload the doc.

made a brand new copy of the screen. made no changes anywhere. whent straight to the table and tried to change the caption and got the error message.

Just tried it again and go the error.
1. Clicked on Edit of the QBO_Invoice(2) screen.

There is no RefNumber in the message. When I go to the Resolve Conflicts screen there is not RefNumber. When I click on More Info there is not RefNumber either.
