Grid row click too sensitive around check box area. If the row accidentally gets clicked and it takes you to another screen, the force refresh of the grid when you come back clears all the checkboxes.

This is a deal breaker for web to lead forms because my clients need analytics and we need to take them to an external web site aftewr submitting the form.

I'm not sure what you mean by renaming the activities as tasks as work orders is just a type of activity. I would recommend that you create a new type of activity called tasks that you can use for your purposes. The WorkOrderList is filtered to only show work order activity types. The default New Activity for an Opportunity does not seem to respect the default activity that is selected in Activity Preferences. Is this by design?

What is the purpose of the next step field on an opportunity?

I've had some complaint about the rows in a dropdown field being too high. Clients would prefer less height and be able to see more options without needing to click the down arrow.
