Is it possible to have a memo field or note field with date stamps under the customer tabs? It would be nice to be able to keep track of all activities done associated with a customer, including date stamps and time.

Is there a reason why the state field sometimes changes when creating an estimate or order? For example, we've set a customer up in Method with a Texas address... but when we create an estimate or order with the same customer, the state field changes to Louisiana. Why would it do this?
