I have looked at that solution and read it through and through. I am still unable to get that test email sent. Am I supposed to be putting in an email and the email password? Or my method login and password? Also, do godaddy customers have to worry about a port?

We just spoke on the phone. To summarize, you were entering your credentials correctly and your user did have proper access to the API. I had you reset your password and this resolved the issue.

Hey,
Thanks for the follow-up. I believe the issue is Report Designer does not treat the 0's as null values. What needs to be ignored rather is integer: 0.

Just downloaded the Outlook Add-In and now cannot login to the app. Used the same login information from Report Designer and website (which both worked fine). Is there a setting I need to play with?
