Can you clarify what you mean by banking info? Is it the AR Account of the invoice? Also, are you referring to the invoice print template or is there another report template you are using?

Your tax codes were set to inactive. We have activated them for you, but we are still investigating what has caused them to become inactive in the first place. I'll let you know when we find out more.

I haven't seen the behaviour you seem to be experiencing, other than the design view not having all of data the generated report would have. This is due to the Generate Report action having the ability to filter data before the report is generated. A couple of tips I can think are:

I've created a ticket with development for this issue. We've experienced it times ourself. Unfortunately, I don't have an ETA on when this will be fixed, however it is a high priority for us. If you or anyone else has any additional information you can provide, it will definitely help.

Hi Grif,
Recurring activities will be coming to Method:New, they just haven't been implemented yet. I don't have an ETA but keep an eye on the Releases and Updates post.
