We’ll need more info on the steps you are taking before the error. What table are you trying to add the field to and what is the field name you are using? Does it happen for other tables or other fields types?

We have not been able to duplicate this on our account yet. As this involves both Method and the services from Xora, please allow us to look into this further before getting back to you. This sounds like something we are already aware with a fix in place waiting to be pushed out with the next update sometime this week.
Do you notice a difference if you type slowly? Our tests show if you type really fast the filtering doesn’t properly pick up the last key stroke. Can you confirm?

You’ll notice this screen is built off the Activity table whereas the grid is built from the ActivityJobItems table. In step 1 of the grid wizard you will see that the grid was designed to be Attached ‘I want to choose a Table that is linked to the Screen's Table.’

Was this done using the original Portal or something that you have customized? The message you’re getting is regarding the Administrator User Name. What do you have selected as the User in step one of the Third Party Portal properties?

I’ll need some more information to help you. Does the Synch Engine have any message that would indicate something is wrong? Is the synch still in progress? You should also check to see if any data has been copied over to Method.
