Thanks so much for your patience today. Earlier tonight we outlined a plan to migrate some of our affected services to a new environment, which we believed would take ~24 hours to execute. While we were pursuing this path, our partner RackSpace was also investigating a potential hardware issue.

Hi Brad - yes the API should certainly work during the trial. When you use the link above, if you use the exact same user credentials to login, it should work just fine. But a couple words of caution:
(1) Better to not use your email. Use your User Name instead.
(2) Don't put anything in the SessionID in this case. Either you ...

You need to use the SendToDesktop API call.
What happens is when an invoice is created, it won't go to QuickBooks yet because it has no line items. But when you add line items, it doesn't know when you are finished. Calling SendToDesktop says "I'm done - let 'er fly".

Mark - we don't have this on roadmap for the current version of Method, or the API. However, once the dust settles on all of our current projects (and you know....we've got a lot on the go that have to get finished first), we can open this up for discussion.
