Thank you Audisho, I double-checked everything and even deleted the test customer and recreated it, with a different email address that was never in the system before - it is still not working. I'll call tomorrow to get that fixed.

Hi Tom,
There are a couple of possible reasons for this. One could be conflicts. Go to the Quickbooks tab > Resolve Conflicts. If there are any conflicts there, those need to be resolved, especially if they are invoice conflicts as they may be preventing QB from syncing. A good way to troubleshoot conflicts ...

Are they actually going to File > Shut Down on the sync engine? Clicking the X on the Sync Engine doesn't close it down.
You can also try doing a reinstall of the Sync Engine ( You can find the full steps HERE on page 13)
