Hello James,
There were two updates. The Certificates were all updated and it was found that refreshing the browser would solve the problems. I think the best option is to give Method support a call, 1-888-925-6238 x2 and we can take a closer look. I am not seeing any reports of this error recently.

I haven't seen an email template to resend a portal link. You would have to do a customization. You can create an email template with the URL hard-coded on the email or have a button on the customer screen that sends the customer the reminder email. The email templates are located at CRM ...

Is there a way to send a customer a generic portal login without sending an invoice etc? I haven't been able to find a default email template or anything other than send an email w/ invoice or estimate that gives the customer a portal login.

I found that the footer is a great way to add the daily checklist for my technicians to fill out each day anyways. Nice little helpful tidbit for operation purposes.
