Has anyone run into this error before?
"QuickBooks returned an error when adding/modifying a accSalesOrder record. The error was: There was an error when saving a SalesOrder.
QuickBooks error message: A custom style must be set on this transaction."
I thought it might have something to do with the templete in Quickbooks, but the transaction won't transfer over so there's no way to adjust it...
I apprecaite any advice you can give!
Hmm thats a strange one, dont believe I've ever seen that error before!
I'm looking in your account at the moment and it appears the conflicts have disappeared. Are you seeing this error, or any errors at all on the Sync engine itself?
I believe that they were doing a full synch and the conflicts temporarily disappeared , but have now come back. I will ask my manager to check the synch engine in the morning but I do believe they show there as well.
