Recently we whenever we try to save a “Case Dialog & New/Edit Activity" the action fails with an error popup:
There was an error during the insert records into table process.
Action Sequence Order: 20
Whats suddenly caused this? and how can it be resolved?

Specifically what I am looking for is what Checkboxes on screen you have checked off. There should be two in the top right hand corner of the screen;
- Email Case notification to user when saving?
- Email Case notification to contact when saving?
And then one in the bottom right of the 'Case Dialog & New / Edit Activity' section;
- Email Activity notification to user when saving?
Which of these checkboxes (if any) do you have checked? The reason I ask is that the 'Action Sequence Order 20' part of your error message can refer to one of a few different actions behind the scenes depending on what you have checked off here.
None of the checkbox on the screen are checked.
Would you mind reaching out to me at Success@method.me with the name of the screen you are looking at which is causing the error? I can see a few custom Case screens in your Account and I'm not sure which one you use as they all appear to be assigned to Tab Links.
Also - is this happening for every case? Or just specific ones? For Specific Users?
