Ok, I went to the tabs screen to check the reminder box, but I get the following error messege:
We were unable to resolve your request. Either the
screen you are trying to access does not exist, or there was a problem
with your request.
Do the techs have to log into a mobile website? The messege can't be sent to the mobile phone via SMS? Our techs have simple phones for calls and texting they can't use them to access the internet.
