To update this thread, we were able to help you out via consulting time. At your request here is what we went through together.
You didn't actually delete the field (as per my note above), you simply removed the grid column for 'IsIncludedOnInvoice' To correct this, we added the column back with the exact same name as it had before...that was an easy fix.
The next part was customization assistance, we made it so that the IsIncludedOnIvoice field was always marked as 'true' when you added or changed a work order job item. This was done through actions.
Next, at your request we created a new button that would go and update all past records to also be 'true' for IsIncludedOnInvoice.
