When trying to update a sales rep dashboard that shows sales by customer, I get the error message in yellow:"This customer/vendor/employee/other name is already in use" with no indication on how to fix it.
This is very frustrating - please help. I can provide further detail if necessary.
The only thing I can say is that my sync settings are "Most Recent Wins" and in Resolve Conflicts, I have 2 entries for 2 customers that are: "The DesktopSync Engine modified the customer/vendor/employee/othername ''XXXXX', which was modified in QuickBooks on 11/25/2012 4:11:02 PM (actually 11:11:02 AM, 5 hours behind, but that's beside the point).
