There seems to be a problem whenever I try to open a particular customer to try and edit them. I have the admin role so there is nothing that I am not able to access, and I still get this message: The record you are trying to load does not exist, or you do not have permission to view it. Once I exit that and once again click on the customer that message appears followed by this:
In order to stop information from being saved/entered incorrectly, we reccommend refreshing your browser.
If you have any other active screens open, please save them beforehand to prevent data loss.
When I refresh it takes me back to the home screen and when I access the customer list and try to go to that customer yet again it pops up with the first message. The customer is still in the list and I can see the contact information that is displayed normally on the customer list. That means that the file does exist right? So is there a way to access this customer?
