Yes, it seems that the Invoice-Short Description may have been a custom field, added thru Quick Books. For now, we will not move forward with customizing the functionality to that level. But I would like to use that field in my invoices as is. I dragged it in, but it's not working properly.
Goal: The work order items to flow into an invoice and show the Short Description we are discussing
Problem: The work order date and quantity flows over correctly, but the Description seems to be just the first one listed on the work order. I tried to create an example below:
The Work Order will say:
3/27 1 Outdoor Lighting Maintenance
3/28 4 Lawn Cuts
3/29 3 Hours of pruning
The (incorrect) Invoice will say:
3/27 1 Outdoor Lighting Maintenance
3/28 4 Outdoor Lighting Maintenance
3/29 3 Outdoor Lighting Maintenance
Understand my dilemma? I'm guessing there is some property on that field that I am not addressing. Any help would be appreciated.
