New computer - Can't restore Method Sync

    New computer - Can't restore Method Sync

    My computer died and I had to purchase a new one and move all my apps over.  What can I do to restore the sync?

    Tried to de-install and re-install and something is still wrong.  Getting this message.

    Method Push™ status: Disconnected on 0.0.0:0 since 9/28/2009 2:35:35.

     Hi Michele,

    In Method go to the QuickBooks tab then click on Reset for "Computer to Sync with:", then do a full sync and let me know if that works.

    This is the message I get after reset "computer ..." and full sync - The Method Integration Engine on your computer is currently disconnected. No synchronization can be performed until the Method Integration Engine connects to the server.

     Hi Michele,

    In that case since it is a syncing issue, you can call in and one of our Business Consultant would work with you over to phone to resolve this.
