In order to help you address this issue, follow the workflow below to regenerate your Method tables.
Workflow:
To do this, follow the steps below:
- Go to Customize > Tables/Fields
- Click on the table you wish to regenerate; alternatively click Edit Fields...
- Click the Finished Editing Fields button.
Do this for the following tables:
- Activities
- ActivityJobItem
- Customers
- Tenant (This may not be available to you - so do not worry if you cannot see it).
This should resolve the issue.

email us your Co
mpany Account name and
activate the
MethodSupport user.
To do so, go to
Customize>Users and click the
Activecheck
box next to the
MethodSupport us
er.
