    Error when syncing with QBO

    I am getting the following error when attempting to sync with QBO

    Error : Root element is missing

    Greetings,

    Use the Oct version and not the Feb version of method. Its a bug

    Hi Sean/John,

    John, thanks for the quick reply to Sean, however this isn't quite accurate.  This is an issue we are currently working on with non-US QuickBooks Online accounts, it has nothing to do with the version you are logging into for Method.
