new case issue in feb

    new case issue in feb

    Greetings

    While creating a new case i get a error message saying this can not be done becasue I am not using the correct 3rd party program. 

    Works in oct version

    Hi John,

    I will be looking into this post for you, unfortunately we have been a little backed up in answering some of our posts (as you can likely tell), however I should be able to take a look at your issue this afternoon.

    Hi John,

    I just did a quick test in my own account for the February version, I created a case and had no error messages.  

    Two questions for you, are you still getting this error and if so, have you tried regenerating your 'Cases' table?  If this still doesn't work, do you mind if I run a quick test in your account using our MethodSupport User, I would simply create a case?
