    Why does my session keep expiring?

    Using Chrome incognito, I can't seem to work in Method for more than 20 minutes without getting botted because the session expired. What is causing this?

    Hello Matt and Mahlon,

         Can you let me know what it says when the session expires?  It sounds like it is not dependent on any one action in Method.  I will move the forum post to Known issues and can create a ticket.  If you notice anything about the session expiring, let us know.  We need to narrow the issue down some more.

    It simply takes me to the login page.

    It hasn't been consistent enoughthat I could reallydetermine a pattern. Think I got bumped 3 or 4 time this afternoons. 

    I am now in Method new ALL the time. Can do most of my routine day-to-day stuff with the apps I have. For other special things I go into classic.

    Hello Matt and Mahlon,

       There has been a fix implemented for this.  You shouldn't be experiencing sudden logouts anymore.  I've been in Method:New the last week or so and haven't experienced it.  I'll mark this thread as resolved.
