I understand that, how about putting something simple in the field placeholder to deter that?
My point is there are many times in my workflow coaching where all we need is those two fields. Now I've got to make a copy of the screens to do this which means the client will no longer benefit from Method updates, just because we need a place to put notes that do not belong in an activity such as work schedule, etc.
