Thanks for including these screen shots, they were actually quite helpful. First off, I didn’t realize that you were referring to the scheduling and invoicing screens. By the looks of it, these screens don’t include the same active filter that the standard screens do, so you will need to add it, even on a fresh copy.
Second, it looks like their may have been some minor corruption on your Item table. This was causing the field ParentFullName field to be selectable instead of FullName field. I regenerated the Item table on your account and this seems to have resolved the issue.
