    Hi Jim,

    Ive created a support case for one of our reps to reach out and give you a hand. I also did some investigation on the error message and turned up this;

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/934387

    Would you be able to give these steps a try and see if that works for you?

    Thanks Jim.

    I am havinvg the exact same issues:, where the installer errors out and says it can't download the vsto file.  I had my tech guy come over and see what he could do, but no luck.

    This is Outlook 2013, Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit.

    Thanks!

    EDIT: I'd like to add that it works fine on my computer, and worked fine on my employee's computer up until recently, when her hard drive failed and had to be rebuilt.  But none of us can figure out why the installer works fine on my machine but not on hers.

    Well I never did get a solution from Method, but installing Windows 10 seems to have fixed it...
