Hi there,

I've been stuck on this for a while.

I customized the New/Edit Estimate screen. But it seems that different user goes to different version of my customized screen.

Here is my situation now.

1) I grant two users(A,B) estimate customize permission(I know this is not necessary, just to simplize my explain)

2) In chrome browser, login with user A, go to Estimate->manage->screens->New/Edit Estimate NO(customized screen name), then I got this.

3) Same browser, log out then login with user B, go to same place, then I got this.

as you can see, for user A there are 4 checkboxes in SectionBottomMiddle, and for user B there are 2.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Nevermind, I solved it myself.

I didn't publish my customized screen. newbie mistake.

It is so hard to find.

Go to customized screen -> version->set status->live for all users->save
