    Error when I try to print multiple invoices

    I keep on getting an error when I try to print multiple invoices. The error is as follows:

     

    Error^Action Sequence Order:7^ERROR: The report 'SimpleInvoice' does not have a master table assigned to it.

     

    Any idea on how I could resolve this?

    This should now be resolved. It had to do with the default template but you should be good to go now. Big Smile

    Great thank you for your help!

    I have another question if you don't mind. We would like to be able to send out multiple invoices via email by selecting them (similarly to how the print invoices work). Could you help me set this up?

    We can point you in the general direction through the forums or we can get this done through paid consulting with us.

    For the most part to do this you would have to add a loop to the email actions found in the Save button.

    I'm getting the same message when i try and preview Sales Order and Purchase orders.

    Most grateful if you would point me in the write direction

    The screens you're looking at have not been updated for QuickBooks Online (QBO) since QBO doesn't support them.  The screens you're looking at here are meant for QuickBooks Desktop at the moment.  When QBO adds support for these screens then we will update and add them to our list of stock screens.

    I dont understand, there is a screen called QBO_SalesOrder, surely QBO stands for QB Online...thanks

    Arnie - in your Method CRM for QuickBooks Online account, if you take a look at the list of stock screens listed under Customize > Screens, you'll notice that the screen you are referring to is not listed.  Why?  QuickBooks Online does not support integration with Sales Orders for any developers.  All developers use a common way of connecting to QuickBooks Online which is called the Intuit Partner Platform and this capability is simply not there.  This is why we have hidden this screen from the list.  

    If you however attempted to make a copy of the screen or attempted to create a custom tab link, you'll see the hidden list of screens.  This is likely how you were able to display this screen but it isn't advisable to use this since it is not supported yet and may have issues like you are experiencing.

    I agree that we could probably do a better job of hiding this screen from the copy screen and tab links area to remove confusion.  However, in the mean time we do not advise you using this screen because it is not support by the Intuit Parter Platform.  Once it is, we'll be sure to add that for all Method QuickBooks Online users.
