Justin, it lasted about 10 - 15 min. Then it finally opened the page and it worked. It continues to run more slowly than it did in the past years but it's usable.
This sort of thing is happening more and more often. It was once in a while, then once every few weeks, then once a week, and now it may happen 2 - 3 times a week. It times people out who are working in Method (screen freezes and then eventually goes blank), sometimes you can get to the login page and enter your info and log in but it just spins for 5 min and then times out, sometimes you can't even get to the login page and then it times out. It seems to mostly happen between 1 - 3pm PST but sometimes its at 10am PST.
I hope this helps. We run our entire ERP/CRM thru Method, so when it's down or slow we can't work.
