Thanks for your response, but haven't been able to resolve the issue. I confirmed that the Add Contacts actions are identical on my Edit Customer and Edit Lead screen as in the stock screens, and I have not done any editing to these.
The "Full Name" field is populating correctly on the Edit Customer. It seems to me that the error has to be occurring in the "EditContact_EntityName_SR" shared result; however, I can't find where this shared result is saved to check what it is pulling. This is the shared result that is supposed to pull in the Full Name to the "Add/Edit Contacts for" field on the Add Contact screen. Any thoughts on where I can find this? Is it on the Edit Customer screen somewhere?
I am having the same problem on both the Edit Customer and Edit Lead screen, if that helps at all.
