That was the problem. I had not done any customization to the screen. However, I had selected the edit button to review all the actions on the screen. It appears, that when the screen was copied as part of the edit process, that the tab link data was not copied over.

a little bit of slower typing along with the fix you guys rolled out seems to do the trick. Thanks for all your work!!

the following pop up appears = 1 invoice(s) have been created. Would you like to be taken to the Invoice List? I choose OK and nothing happens. I'm still looking at the Add/Edit Work Order Screen. Thanks!!

Do you have any recommendations on the existing conflicts? I need to know what will happen to the existing QB estimates if I hit delete in Method. I don't want those to be deleted but I need to clear the conflicts in Method. Can you give me some guidance on that? Thank you for your help!!

My client entered the estimate items with their quantities. QB has cost in item list so that was pulled up. After he got all the line items in, he chose another item called subtotal. Ryan, Thanks for the reply. After you hit show, hit hide again. On my screen it shrinks down to a tiny box. If you're still unable to replicate, let me know and I'll send screen shots. Thanks!!
