Nothing is different in how data is entered into QuickBooks, unless they changed their formatting. In our database, BillTo and Ship to are always identical.

All zip code data is input into QuickBooks when we set up the Customer's account. From there it synchronizes into Method.
We never input customer entity data into Method. We always use QuickBooks to set up customer accounts.

This is wierd. I cured the problem by going into "customize," then "editing" the file and doing nothing more than "publshiing" and then saving and closing.

Just tried to export one of my customer tables to Excel (something I've been doing since the beginning) and I get a Server Error notice 404 - File or directory not found.
That pretty much stops all my work. How do "we" get it working again.
